Specifically, we have experience of:

• Project and Programme Management of relocation projects from 6 people to many thousands of staff across staff, including data centre designs and relocations.
• Setting up new IT Infrastructure in offices
• Supporting refurbishment of current offices
• Project co-ordination with architects, internal facilities teams and other IT Projects.
• Preparing before and after floor plans (including conducting IT audits and labelling equipment)
• Assessing risks and building robust contingency plans (particularly important for server moves)
• Preparing test plans to ensure that the IT functions correctly
• Decommissioning IT equipment (the process for which includes verification of the labelling and packing using appropriate solutions 
• Moving the equipment (our vehicles are fitted with air ride suspension systems, which provides an additional level of protection)
• Re-commissioning the equipment, ensuring that all cabling is installed neatly, taking advantage of any cabling management available within the new furniture or rack
• Floor walking following the relocation, to ensure that any personal preferences get addressed quickly ensuring total business satisfaction
• Providing training to ensure that your staff can make maximum use of any new technology deployed during the relocation process
