IT Project Management
Our Programme and Project Management team are all trained in our preferred methodology, Prince 2.
During the project, we expect our Project Managers
to produce the following documentation (as a minimum):
This is a short document which is produced to ensure
that we have a clear understanding of your requirement.
This document expands upon the Project Brief and
defines the project in a lot more detail.
Typically produced in MS Project, the details
project plans allow the Project Manager to assess the progress of the
project on a day-to-day basis.
These are typically produced weekly or fortnightly
and show how the project is progressing against the Project Implementation
Document.
Used to identify and assess project risks and issues
throughout the project lifecycle.
These are normally prepared by a technical resource
and assessed against the acceptance criteria to ensure that the solution
meets the original project objectives.
Prepared at the end of the project to verify that
the acceptance criteria have been met and to identify any lessons learned
during the project.
