Maintenance
Computers have become an integral part of our daily lives and for the most part they work without any problem and do all that we ask of them.
On occasion and typically at the most inconvenient times, computers will run slow or display an error, for a variety of reasons. Many of these problems are avoidable by undertaking scheduled routine maintenance tasks on a regular basis, which is why all of our contracts include regular "Preventative Maintenance".
Where problems do occur, we recognise that it is important for you to be up and running as soon as possible, so all of our contracts come with a guarantee of an onsite engineer on the next business day, which can be upgraded to a four hour guarantee and 24x7 support if required.
Our contracts are designed to provide you with the quickest recovery times and unlike our competitors include loan equipment (where we cannot fix the equipment during the first visit), the reinstallation of Windows (if necessary) and support in reinstalling your applications.
